The finest duck livers are blended with vibrant orange zest and juniper laden gin to create this modern classic. Our slow cook process yields a super smooth product with all the hallmarks of a restaurant quality parfait. Our small batch ethos and chef-led approach mean that you can expect consistent quality from each of our products and a parfait that looks and tastes chef made because it is chef made.

Storage: Store frozen, invert before defrosting in the fridge overnight. Once thawed store in fridge and use within 3 days.
